Now we are getting into REALLY RARE stuffs!
This is a steelbook proof, which is given to Naughty Dog, as a gift and decoration item! Scanavo Denmark produces these while they are making the steelbooks and these are not for sale, property of Naughty Dog.
This was picked up by someone on a yard sale and then ended up on ebay!
Till now, publicly, it is known that Neil has one in his office!
No idea if the European edition steelbook has one like this or not.
Seems like impossible to get them unless you are super lucky!
