This is a quirky item! I saw this at the 10th anniversary exhibition at Gallery Nucleus. Completely surprised and had never heard of it.

From what I know, it is a standard “Back to the Roots” mushroom growing kit packaged with of course, The Last of Us sleeve, which were given to the employees!

When, how many and where- I do not know!

I will ask around more fungus heads and add infos to it!

Update: apparently it used to be included with a “welcome to Naughty Dog” gift packet to new hires! Thank you Survivor’s guilt for the info!
