The original “The Last of Us” PS3 release saw many special versions in different regions. Europe and Australia received these special Joel and Ellie editions!
The German editions have their trademark ugly USK logo. The other European countries have their own PEGI logo
The UK edition has the edition name only written once on the front of the box. The rest of EU editions have the edition name written in multiple languages like the ones in the video!
The contents inside them are all the same.
I am not 100% sure but USA did not have this release.
