This was handed out most probably in CES/E3 to retail partners to show the merchandise licensing possibilities with PlayStation. Luckily (?) they picked The Last of Us Remastered to make a booklet!
I only came across this when I was visiting LiuKen. He didn’t even remember that he had it.
